Thank you for your feedback.  Without a question this residence is usually a fundamental beach house and if you are expecting more this is not the place in your case.  As with the outdoor spigot, without going into a lot of details allows just say that it is within the works for being addressed.

They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, along with the location was awesome, but it surely's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows had been all really in need of replacement, as had been the doors, the trim, much of your home furnishings, and many others.

I loved that there were 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Older people who want to travel jointly. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it once more or propose it to a friend.

This house has an awesome location, it’s right within the beach. We really appreciated our stay. The house needs some improvements and upgrades.

From the outside, the residence looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks on the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of RAINBOW KANDY our price variety. The interior photos have been accurate and everything worked fine.
